Approximately 5 ½ months ago I began having this sharp pain in my right side of my abdomen. The pain was very sharp and would happen after I ate, with sudden movement at times, or when I was bending over. I knew from the symptoms that it seemed like gall bladder problems. The most concerning thing was a “knot” had developed that you could palpate (feel). After a couple months of “enduring” the pain I had a Sister agree with me in prayer one night that this “pain” would be gone from my side. It went away literally after that week no more “intense” pain. I could kneel and pray without any pain. Even though the pain was gone just tenderness and soreness remained however the “knot” was getting bigger and multiplying.

By December 12, 2007 Wednesday night there were three “knots” with the largest one being about the size of a half dollar. On this night we entered into worship and like so many times in our services the presence of God was ushered in. Pastor stood behind the pulpit and spoke under the unction of the Spirit that there was healing in the house. He began to say whatever you need God to do He will do it just ask Him while His presence was there so strongly. I was on my face at this time and I began to declare that I knew the stripes he took were for my complete healing not just pain free. Pain is only a “symptom” of a problem. I knew God was able to heal my “problem”. I knew I was going to live and not die like the enemy would have liked me to believe I know I have promises from God that are yet to be fulfilled. That night I stepped out the door of the sanctuary and one of my spiritual daughters was standing there I asked her to feel my side. She felt and began smiling and said, “it feels smaller”. By the next day the “knots”, soreness, and tenderness were GONE! I feel great! For five days now I have had more energy than I have had in so long. God is faithful to complete what He has begun. I call him Healer! He is Jehovah-Rapha!! - Dayla S., BSN, RN

I did not have a peace about the shots, it was then I began to seek God deeper than ever through prayer, worship, and fasting. My doctor also stated that I needed to have a procedure done because he thought that my tubes may be blocked. I knew if I was blocked God could unblock them. Month after month I would pray that God would stop the procedure if it was not in His will. Several times the doctor's office would try to schedule and God would step in and stop the procedure.

I am expecting!!!! I did not have the procedure that was highly recommended, and I did not have the shots. God is so Faithful, When you are Faithful to God, He is Faithful to you. Through this I stood on Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Over the last year I was told by my doctor that I needed extensive treatments which were going to cost thousands of dollars. My doctor is a specialist with my condition, and sees other patients with the same condition that I have. He stated that I could get pregnant but I needed the fertility shots. I did not have a peace about the shots, it was then I began to seek God deeper than ever through prayer, worship, and fasting.
